2D Pixel Artist Needed job

Current game project is a story-orientated sandbox game. You live in an apartment building, grow relationships with neighbors, move up in the building, etc.

Communication will be solely over the internet. Need an artist who can draw and sprite characters, rooms, and icons with a similar style. Not a lot of room will need to be done, I am proficient in photoshop and
if you prefer, can edit base artwork you give me into multiple rooms.

Will split earnings of game with artist, we can discuss how we split over email.

Game will require much more development, but it is mostly playable as of now.

It's just me who is working on developing the game, there is no major company. Just someone who is trying to bring some more fun into the world by means of video games. I would really appreciate it if I could get some help on the art aspect, as I am not so great at that.
