I'm currently looking for an artist to join the team and help design key characters in an upcoming first person horror.

If you can draw up concept art but can't 3d model, that's perfectly fine. Also if you can can concept in the form of 3d models, that's also ok. What's preferably needed is a general 3d artist for display art, character models and concept work.

I'm also on the search for a 2d artist for another game in the near future. If you're available, feel free to contact me.

If you're looking to get a foot in the door, this is would be a great place to start. Possible compensation can also be discussed.
