i think that this little patch will make it easier to fight against enemy ai because they're extremely hard

Pardon my ignorance, but could someone explain how this works? It doesn't actually download... Not sure how to use this. Any help would be appreciated!

I downloaded and installed it, but didn't notice any difference. The Lurkerhulks and space stations still spawn an ungodly amount of fighters. Am I doing something wrong?

They only changed
<Galactic_AI_Goal_Cycle_Sleep_Duration>0.0</Galactic_AI_Goal_Cycle_Sleep_Duration>
The number from 0.0 to 10.0 i also tried that but they attacking me ingame everyday 3 to 5 times in real time every 5 seconds.
