AAAAAAAAAAAANYWAY, back onto topic. Regular Show and Adventure Time in my opinion are really the only two cartoons left on the new Cartoon Network that are even close to being decent enough to watch at long periods of time. The other toons, (i.e. Chowder, Gumball, etc.) are lacking in my opinion. Considering I was raised on Ed, Edd, and Eddy, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Power Puff Girls (Yes, manly enough to admit that), Samurai Jack, Dragon Ball Z, and many more, I come to associate with the newer cartoons that hold the same style. Yes, RS and AT are not even closely related to any of the previous cartoons mentioned, but all of them hold a glimmer in a certain way. They all hold this special bond, not just with me, but with many people who have grown up through the 90's and early 2000's. I miss how these cartoons used to make us laugh and enjoy them without vulgar language or sexualizing it. (Again, not saying these cartoons do that, but every decision in our society today is influenced by them in some way.) I hope that maybe these classics will come back into their former glory, but then again, I hope they aren't mistreated either.
Remember when..?
This is a short paragraph full of POINT OF VIEW and OPINION. I'm not condoning any of this as fact.
