Delta Boy has no clue bout that weapon.
It´s a normal G36 with bipod and drum mag.

Description

The MG36 light machine gun was the squad support G36 variant, the main differences between the G36 was that the MG had a heavier barrel, integral bipod and it was to be provided with large capacity (100 round) Beta C-Mag drum magazines (which can be also used on every G36 model).

There was also an MG36E ('E' for Export) version and it's important to note that the weapon was never "updated" to the 'V' designation because the MG36 is no longer in offer by HK (the fact that the regular G36 can easily accept the attachments of this variant and due to an increase in focus on the MG4 LMG project).
