this is from the app, "The Final Hours of ME3" which was released just about the same time as the game and is also updated with new info at times.

What this chapter is about is the endings and this page is continued about them talking about the old man and the child Mr. Hudson claims he wanted that child scene in because everyone was going to have a different ending for Shepard... that is one massive lie to come out saying after the game have launched...
