What this Group is for and why my last group is now dead
OK my last group is dead because there is just not that much kiwi's on moddb and that ones that are 85% of them don't care about the groups on moddb, so i was think to my self what is there lots of like a virus in fact and then it come to me AUSSIE (jokes you know i love you Aussies(or is this the joke)) so i got thinking there isn't a group for Aussie yet so why not make one for kiwis and Aussies that why the kiwis can make up the funny and personally side of the group and the Aussie's can be like meat shields (jokes you know i live you Shithappens lol). Na the Aussie will help this group get more active.
This group is going to try and get all of the Aussie and Kiwi made mods and Indies into one place (note the whole mod team does not have to be Aussie or Kiwi at least one person), also to get all the Aussie and Kiwis on moddb to one place were we all can get along and have fun
Goals
OK here are my list of gaols
by the end of the month i would like to have at lest 1 or 2 mods/Indies on this group
To have at last 20 members 10 to be active is this group so its not a group of inactive people like my last one was
thats my goals for this month
Next month Goals
I would like to have 3 or 4 mods/Indies on this group
and to a least 30 to 40members of which 25 to be active is this group so its not a group of inactive people like my last one was
To help get people active i'm going to hold monthly contest in which the winner will get a 48hour xbox live trail from me
Leader Ship
this is not going to be the same as most other groups theres going to be two leaders one Kiwi leader (thats me) and one Aussie (i'm hoping Shithappens accepts it).
Ok there will be 6 Managers 3 kiwi and 3 Aussie now to start off with the leaders will pick the 3 managers for there country but that can change as i tell you know.
No new member will be able to post new or pictures to do this you have to get the rank of Contributor to get this rank you have to do things like comment on the pictures the managers or the leaders post comment on the news and comment on the main page you can lose this rank if you do don't post news or pictures because this rank gets to post news and pictures and comment you don't have to do all 3 just can just comment if you want, you can lose this rank if you do none of these in 2weeks how hard is it to post one picture or one price or new a week not that hard.
and what that rank can also do you is once a month vote a manager down, like the contributor post more meaningful comment for better news then a manager what the contributor does then is post new say he thinks he would be a better manager then the other guy and if both leaders say its good the vote is on the voting will last a month at the end of that month if the contributor as more votes then the manager hes the new manager(only one Contributor can do this monthly so if a second one post to late his news will be delete), there will be no voting for this month as its your first month
With this is place it gives all members a far way to get to be a manager
What is the managers and leaders join you may be asking well it to go away moddb looking for mods and Indie made by kiwis and Aussie and asking if they would like to be put on this group also finding just normal kiwi and Aussie people as well as looking out for the group deleting spam and things like that
