Thank you Snipe34 for having 100GPing100 join the Miasma team. He was well able to change the KF Map Editor.bat to an executable files, KF Editor.exe. By the way, 100GPing100 is Miasma's official game coder! (Thanks to Snipe34 for inviting him in).
INSTRUCTIONS FOR KF EDITOR.EXE INSTALLATION:
1. Download the apps from Miasma new site - click here.
2. Then open your Windows Explorer to "C:\Program Files\Unreal Tournament 2004\KFMod20".
3. Copy/paste KF Editor.exe to the KFMod20 directory.
4. And you're good to go.
