General Updates Mod for Stargate Empire at War 1.3
General updates to the fantastic mod Stargate Empire at War 1.3, NOT The Pegasus Chronicles. Only tested with stock 1.3, not any of the other mods.

-- Installation
Extract/copy files over unmodded Stargate EAW 1.3, replacing as necessary. No need to change your mod bat file or launcher.
Mod has been tested thoroughly, but only by me, so there may well be bugs of which I am not aware. Please report these to me and I will issue a fix, if possible.
-- General Changes
- Most Hero units now have sounds in English. (these were included in SGEAW 1.3, but not referenced in the XML)
- Re-architecting and simplification of the tech tree. Most research buildings have been removed, tech levels now achieve the same function without using ground build slots.
- Space buildings can now be deconstructed. Code reverse engineered from TPC example. This was causing an issue where space buildings (e.g. satellites) were built on worlds before more important ones (e.g. large shipyards) became available and could not be removed.
- Bombing run bug fixed. Code reverse engineered from njkz's mod, so all credit to them.
- Icon alpha-channels corrected so icons no longer have white backgrounds and fit in the circular hero heads
- Building descriptions now indicate which buildings are unlocked by construction
- XML files reordered so units appear on the build tabs weakest to strongest in space, and categorised (soldier, fighter, tank etc.) on land.
- Hyperspace sound effect fixed (file from TPC)
- Various missing or incorrect text entries corrected

- Added UAV spy unit, basically a copy of stock probe droid
- Asgard shipyards and Anti-Kull now buildable on more worlds
- Conquering Asuras in Universe of Stargate and Pegasus Galaxy GCs allows building small number of Ancient Warships
- BC-304 Mk2 now has effectively the same hull strength as the original BC304. Also, shield strength reduced from 9000 to 6000 for balancing
- Loki and Felger no longer have hero heads, as the Tauri have so many there were more than the max heads on screen
- In Universe of Stargate GC reduced Grace frigates for Ion Nebula mission from 6 to 2 to make the mission achievable with early Tauri ships.
- Added ground jumper unit, buildable where space jumpers are (needs Tech 5)
- Ark of Truth only buildable on Celestis and no longer on Earth

- Techtree changes now mean building Anubis Battleships is much easier
- Conquering Celestis in Will of the Ori GC allows construction of a small number of Ori Motherships
- Anubis Advanced Shipyards no longer require Alkesh Shipyard to build.
- Anubis hero special weapon timer increased from 10s to 70s for balancing.
- Ground air units now require 1 tech higher than their space equivalent, as they are slightly overpowered for ground assaults
-- Known bugs
- Goa'uld AI builds both satellites and thus can't build large shipyards, leading to spamming of small crappy ships (don't know how to change this yet)
- Crash bug identified on Manara in Pegasus Galaxy GC where Goa'uld land assault crashes the game. Couldn't identify the cause, may have pre-existed.
