40 miles under the Earth's surface a large research and refinery facility has faulted. Attempts to raise communication with the installment have failed. The status of all fifteen workers stationed within the facility is unknown and unstable readings were acquired before the facility went dark. Valvorta Industries' board of directors have elected to send an engineering specialist to assess the situation. The mission is simple: repair the output from the facility and rescue the distressed workers. Whether it's accomplishable is another matter, after all, how can you possibly hope to reach and hell and back?

USA and UK -- CrackerJack Games [LLC] announces today that you can download and play a demo of their first game, UnderEarth.

The goal of the UnderEarth demo release is to gain feedback on mechanics and gameplay from the gaming community.

“The demo will give players a chance to jump into the world of UnderEarth and give us valuable feedback on what features they like and dislike." Joseph Wilhems, Game Director, CrackerJack Games.

Lead Programmer Joseph Marin stated "We're hoping that by experiencing UnderEarth first hand people can gain an appreciation for the logic-based design and haunting atmosphere of the game. Most of all, we want to offer a different experience for new gamers, but a familiar one to older gamers who grew up with satisfaction-for-effort gameplay."

The Alpha Demo is available to download from our Indie DB page. CrackerJack Games welcomes you to download, play, and give us your feedback on your experience with UnderEarth.
