The Steam Punk is an MMO based on the steam punk style, which can be played in-browser and, in the future, from an EXE. It will be a typical MMO where you can interact with other players and have an avatar which you can personalize, and also drive cars and space ships.

Well, since theres been alot of delays in the coding of the game I have decided that I will not publish the game's url until it is complete and without bugs, then I will begin to change and add more things as they are requested. This means that I will also be releasing the Flash .exe version when the web version is released as they will both be worked on simultaniously (at the same time for anyone who doesnt know what that means). The main design is going to be made to look like old machinery while the avatars are still being worked on because of the many different ways I can create them, anyone who wants to give me ideas for the design of any area of the game can submit the images to my email at email@example.com.
The flash version of course will have a few more features and visual stuff than the web version, which is basically anything the web version cant handle. I will be making the web version with some little bits of flash but I know what its like being at school/college/work and their computers not having a high enough version of flash, so I will offer the choice to have HTML only.
Ive also got work on another similar MMO web game, Oddworld Online, which will have a few of the same features but also some different ones. So Im alternating in between the two projects.
Im having problems finding some free hosting space with MySQL, PHP, crons (preferably through crontab or something similar), and no ads. Even better would be unlimited bandwidth, but not needed, so if anyone knows of one then please let me know, thanks.
Anyway thats all, just thought it best to give a quick update of how its going since I havent done anything on here for 2 months.
