Love the concept. It sounds like a better implementation of "Anna". Just wanted to add my 2 cents worth, but wanted tosuggest adding in some fogging, bit more light play for some of the internal areas. The attic looks good, but could be made even creepier if slightly darker with subtle spot lighting, normal mapping and floating dust particles. Consider the sound design too. Vary the sound space between areas (e.g. A smaller internal space may have a more "deadened" soundscape). You know, just saying... :)
