With the installation function running and all installation procedures now working correctly i am working on the admin login ability. I have been re-writting a lot of the code due to the fact that what i thought i knew about sessions and cookies was wrong and thus my new code fixes those problems making it so that the code now works... to an extent.

The problem is that attempting to log into the admin section causes the page to refresh an infinite number of times. It's probably just the process of the code that has been going wrong but it will get fixed tomorrow.

EDIT: Admin login section now fixed and it logs in correctly. However a lot of the admin pages do not work.
