Crea is an easily moddable, 2D sandbox game with a lighthearted mood, colorful art and RPG elements. Drawing on the pioneers of the sandbox genre such as Minecraft and Terraria, Crea features combat and crafting in attractive, randomly-generated worlds for you to explore, tear apart and build back up in your own design.

It’s true, Crea beta is finally here!

We are currently offering a $25 beta package through our Humble Store. This package includes instant beta access, as well as the soundtrack and digital artbook when they become available.

You can get it over at our preorder page!

It’s been a long time since our Kickstarter, and Crea has evolved greatly during that time. We are releasing beta because we feel that the game is developed enough; however, there is still much to be done! We are working on new screenshots and a new gameplay video to show the game off. I am also putting together a feature list overview. All of these should be up in the next few days.

As a beta tester, you have the opportunity to help shape the world of Crea.
You can report bugs, make suggestions and chat with fellow testers in our forums. Help make Crea the best it can be!

We can’t wait to hear about your adventures in Crea!

$25 ??? To high for an Indie game... At least, for me

Yeah...it looks great but really I just paid $15 for Starbound and it includes beta access when they launch it...so not a chance sorry.

The $25 is because that is what we did for our Kickstarter and has the soundtrack and a digital artbook. In about a month we will be offering a $10 option as well for just the game.

That's fair, I personally don't have much interest in soundtracks or artbooks usually, it's more because of lack of funds to spend than not being willing to help back the game, if I had the $25 while still being able to afford food I'd happily pay that much.

Completely understandable. Sometimes I like artbooks and sometimes I don't care about those either, but we know some people do. Once we drop the price point I hope you consider Crea then. :)
