3. Torpedo tubes of surface ships now charge in 1 turn.
4. AI submarine torpedo tubes charge in 4 turns (was 3 turns); at the beginning of the battle, 3 torpedoes will be loaded in the bow torpedo tubes (was 4 torps).
5. If our submarine has "stars", then each "star" reduces the charging time of torpedoes by 1 turn. (8-5=3, this is the minimum charging time) For "U-2501" the formula is: 7-X=N, where X is "stars", N is turns.
6. The range of torpedoes has been increased. (Their combat parameters - caliber, charge power, etc. - did not change)

9. The restriction on pumping bonuses for the player's ships has been removed. Now you can collect bonuses more than 10%. (bonuses are displayed with a green bar: the entire length is 100%; can be determined by eye.)
10. Fixed starting money (Renown). It was like this: the British were given 380,000 (when the "own purchase of starting ships" option was enabled), although in fact their starting fleet cost 325,000.
How to install the modification?
We go to the directory (D*:/Games/Atlantic Fleet), looking for a folder AtlanticFleet_Data/Managed. There we find the file: Assembly-CSharp.dll. Rename it (no need to delete). For example: Assembly-CSharp-01.xxx. Extracting the file Assembly-CSharp.dll from the modification archive (packed twice: rar+zip) and copy it instead of native.
