Afterworld: Reapossession is a mature take on the adventure genre that lets the player make their own choices, and immerse themselves fully in its world. The urban fantasy setting allows for fresh interpretations of ancient mythology from a number of cultures, and creates a unique contemporary environment for the player to explore. The story weaves between planes of existence, taking the protagonist from the depths of Hell to a pocket demi-plane on the outer edges of reality. Let your hair down in the Garden of Eden, a Hellish haunt that’ll give anyone a night to regret, and search through an overgrown village with a tragic past, that has long since surrendered to the surrounding jungle. You travel to these exotic locations and more in your role as the Grim Reaper, harvesting notorious damned souls while trying to save countless others - and unravelling an age-old mystery in the process. But beware - relying on first impressions and preconceptions could well be the Death of you...

Hi everyone! Today is a big day for the Cyan Llama Development Club – we finally get to show our baby to the world.

“Afterworld: Reapossession” is a 2D P&C RPG created with the Visionaire Studio engine. This engine
was also used to create the quirky P&C hit “Deponia” by the talented team at Daedalic Entertainment.
The game is set in an alternate universe, where what goes bump in the night grinds hips with the normal and familiar. You take on the role of the Grim Reaper, and must find the answer to a troubling question – who is stealing the souls of the newly departed…and what are they doing with them?

We’re looking forward to sharing more with you in the coming months! In the mean-time, we’ll leave you with some concept art to whet your appetite.
