The end is nigh. The infected are lurking everywhere and chances of survival are slim. Left 4 Dead focuses on the story of 4 individuals and their harrowing battles against the hordes of the infected that roam the streets. What about other survivors? What would they look like and what kind of deformed monstrosities would they be up against?
Huge and hulking, this absolute titanic of a creature lumbers along at a slow pace. It takes an exorbitant amount of punishment but has a very limited scope of vision as it's growths limits it's viewing field. It's attack pertains to it's name, grabbing it's victim by the skull and smashing it down to he floor. Towering above it's enemies it relies mostly on the lesser zombies to distract the players from it while it slowly makes it's way to them.
Thats how I would look as an infected.

The Smackdown is more than a Special Infected he's a God of Special Infected and he Totally Belongs on Left 4 Dead 3 he even looks Strong Enough to Flatten The Tank with His Bare Hands in a Matter of Seconds and He would be much more Fun to Play as also He looks like a Infected Version of Jason Voorhees LoL :)
