YEAH WATCH DOGS MODS!!!!!! Now we can count on the poor textures and short view distance to get fixed :D (I had already managed to fix mouse acceleration, lighting, and motion blur)
Yeah, but Watch_Dogs is really painful, we have to work hard on it!
I think that graphic is the best thing about this game, there is so much other things that should be modded first...
how do you fix mouse acceleration?
Simply put you need to edit your XML file. It should be under ...user/mydocumants/my games/watchdogs/(something)/(file)

Here are some things to consider fixing...
1) Mouse aim feeling sucks, make it more smooth/responsive, and the mouse acceleration fix doesn't do much to make it any better, just a little better than when it's stock.
2) Car handling sucks as well.. needs to be changed..
3) Optimizations - ****** stuttering when driving, very annoying.
4) Texture mods and other stuff.

The car handling is so bad on the PC I can't get past the first mission and you can't choose not to do missions.

The car handling on Watch Dogs is the best I've ever experienced in a game! I don't know what you are talking about. I can power slide most of the city without hitting anything like with Saints Row 3/4. On games such as GTA, APB Reloaded, Just Cause 2, and Prototype, I am hitting nearly everything. Maybe they changed the driving since 14' or I'm just great at slip and slide cars and less at ones that drive like tanks.

Anyone knows where are the music files are located?
My guess is that its probably in that huge 1.5GB sound_english 01119.psb file (from sound_english.dat) that's apparently 18 seconds long but upon inspection with aware studio is actually 3 hrs, 91 min and 19 secs? File playback is definitely longer than 18 secs but the seeker bar only goes up to 18 secs...so either the extractor failed to properly extract this file or the music files are somewhere else.
can someone make a player selector for watch dogs like GTA.. because the SWAT, Police outfit are very awesome and I would like to download the mod.. i haven't see someone make a player selector for Ubisoft's games .. (Assassins Creed franchise, Watch Dogs, Far Cry)... I hope there is someone who can make one.. use your talent in coding and moding to mod this game.. Its really appreciate who can make one for me and for those who want it ! :D

Interesting. Would it be possible to use this to swap out the songs in the game's radio? Wouldn't mind picking my own music for the game (I felt as though much of the official set-list was pretty weak).

Hi,
I used /windy_city/windy_city.dat but there are only some dds files located and some of them having an incorrect format.
Does anyonoe know where all the dds files are located and if extractor works in this case? Should be over >2000 files.

hi everybody. im loofing fowrd to extract some UI textures from the game in order to make a custom phone menu (for android, not in-game) anyone kwnos in wich file are at and how i can transform them to other format like png for example?, i have been working with screenshots lately but i haven't been lucky when trying to use them as stock tiles or base for making them by me

Any ideas how to extract the music files out of the game? Doesn't appear to be in either the sound_english.dat or sound.dat files...
