Original Description/Intro:
^^THE SPANISH ARMADA v1.4

^Spanish Objectives : Crush the Dutch revolt, build a large fleet and conquer
^England in 60 turns. Situated in Flanders, Spain has the best and largest army
^in Europe, and needs only to keep the English navy away long enough to
^ferry these veteran troops across the Channel.
^
^English Objectives : Attack, harass and raid Spanish coasts and shipping, to
^prevent Spain from growing too strong. English Privateers, Naval guns and
^Swashbucklers can do much damage to Armada preparations. Victory at sea
^is imperative, since English land defenses leave much to be desired.

^Other nations can be played for fun.

^^Length: 5 years (60 turns), %STRING1 to %STRING2.
^^Government switching not allowed, unless government falls.
^^English get one free Galleon for each Spanish destroyed.
