Like in RA3,buildings have to be in a specific vicinity of a ConYard,a mobile facility or a Naval Yard.Anything can be placed on water. The Robot Tank can carry a soldier, the Flak Trak is the light tank's cheaper replacement from the previous war(amphibious, light and fast)and many glitches and bugs ought to be gone by now.The mobile buildings work perfectly, however only if placed on a piece of land larger than their foundation. When deployed on water, make sure you order it move on land unless you want to lose a refinery worth $1100 or an outpost($700).The Soviet airforce also had a few upgrades. They place their own version of the ACHQ and build controllable, powerful MiGs.Also ATs now reqiure a factory to be built and rubble on the ground is now a problem of the past.If you ever get your hands on a car,use it to smuggle your troops in to your enemies base(whether they manage to surive after exiting the car is another thing).
That looks like a very bad and unrealistic idea
Cant agree with you, i find it pretty interesting idea
me too very bad how to build tanks on water????
Build a factory and a bot tank, flak trak, lasher, miner, mobile radar/refinery or an MCV.

what he did is putting "Naval=yes" in each building!!
pretty bad
If I had done that then everything you build would be only placeable on water.I had done some testing with ATs and the discovery noted above was the result. It was buildable=yes in the water tag.
no good, lixine was right, how does tanks drive on water?? hover tanks?? and u must add some new units, buildings... better then water base, or make a naval base (other new buildigs)
I'm limited in my modding abilities because I'm still a beginner and the editor isn't all that good.As for the new buildings, there're a few of them. For instance the copy an ACY which gives you a lot of cash when sold, whose MCV doesn't cost a penny. There are 4 new units for Yuri too,but I'm not gonna tell you what they are.
at least you should add something like water ripples to each building. That would be the least you can do.
I'm afraid that that might be impossible. If you happen to be an ace in TibEd and know how to add water ripples,I'm all ears

the game sucks at first then you made it more sucks and crappy no one needs your mod they already have dday and mental omega
Limiting yourself with an editor for rules, sound and art.ini does indeed limit you to changing only a little bit of the whole game. However I don't recall MO or D-Day granting you with the features my mod has. Also if it is the lack of air-to-air combat that's making SYR and SRA2 that bad, then I can assure you that I have an untested idea of mine to fix it.If you want me to tell when the next update is ready to go,I'll do so gladly
ASDASDSA
And what exactly is that supposed to mean?
