Speedway Liga - Russian League Mod file

This patch made by an unknown person replaces Polish league with Russian league

• Run the setup file
• After installation - launch the game

If any problem occurs, and something doesn't work: install the files to an empty folder and then replace them manually by copy - pasting needed files into folders
