the only, bad thing in this game, is the bad driving !! terrible :S

just i have a frensh version (Menu and under title in French), after applying this mod i have all in english

Which folder do you download the mod into?
Just replace the patch.vpp_pc file with that in your Saints Row 2 directory.
backup your original file in case you want to go back.

Try Power tools(win7 only) or the cheat engine tool to slow the games timing down.
Make a version to use with the Gentlemen of the Row v1.9.2 .
I can then build a mod with it.
