This is pretty much the same thing as the main 1.0, just with monster animations turned off for the people that don't want them.
Fixes in 1.1- Edited a few character decks to remove some extra or unneeded cards, gave Dartz a new deck in the story mode, changed the art of Cyber Dragon Infinity and lowered all pack costs to 200.
-Updated the banlist to the current one
-Added some alternate art to monsters that have them (I have zero interest in editing these further lol, but can help others if you want to change them through editing)
-Added a bunch of characters, including new ones, previously npc/unplayable characters and alternate versions of some characters as well.
-Added in 40 new duels, for a total of 80 new story decks and 56 new duelist challenges.
-some minor UI/art related stuff.
To install, just unrar the files and place them in the same directory as your Link Evolution exe, either moving the original files somewhere else as backup or overwriting them.

Sorry, you can delete card restrictions, for example, the deck number of cards is more than 60 or the number of cards is more than 3.
Don't think you can change the max amount of cards in a deck beyond 60, but if you edit decks using the deck editor, it is possible to put more than 3 copies in the same deck the AI uses (can also use this as a recipe yourself if you have all the cards in the deck).

in the future can you make a mod that allows me to change the I.A deck freely? (or any program that allows you to do this through the game files)
I probably won't be working on anything like that no, (mainly because I would have no idea how to create something like that tbh lol), for something that lets you edit AI decks in game without a tool. Best way to do that is with the existing deck editor that I used that is linked on my Github guide page, it's just a bit tedious to make decks each time then repack and such. It would be nice if they added that as an actual feature in game like in the Tag Force games where you could freely create a deck then have the AI use it.
