Ray has appeared in the hell after going through the gate located in the Dark Forest. Defeat all the evil you come across and escape back to the surface.

Put the unzipped map folder to: call of juarez/data/mapscustomYou can put it either to the documents folder or to the data folder where your game (coj.exe) is located
NOTE: Make sure you don't have the files in doubled folder (like - call of juarez/data/mapscustom/pandemonium/pandemonium)
To play this level select in the main menu: Load - Custom Missions - Dark Forest

The 2 secret places are not included there, you need to find them by yourself (hint: the first one is after you defeat the 2 guys at the beginning and second one in is unlocked by a switch in the barn)
