NHCmod v2.700f + EF Combiner v2020 (outdated) file

As promised here is the latest version NHCmod v2.700f ! (The f is supposed to be for final... I am an optimist ^^). It also contains a combiner for playing with the latest steam version of "Company of Heroes: Eastern Front".

EDIT: 22-12-2020 I had to patch the combiner shortcut and the Annihilate - NoPopCap winning condition. Please delete the previous version and download the new version if you have downloaded a version before 22-12-2020 2pm GMT+1. The NHCmod v2.700f is the same only the combiner had to be updated. Sorry for the inconvenience.

----------------------------------- Installation ----------------------------------
1) Delete any previous version of the NHCmod
2) Execute and follow the instruction of the installer
3) Just Click on the shortcut created on your desktop to play the mod!
4) Do not forget to choose what units you want to activate/deactivate in the reward menu

Advice: It is recommended to defrag your Disk after installation for better performance.
From time to time, it would be useful to clear the folder
C:\Documents and Settings\[USER]\My documents\My Games\Company of Heroes\LogFiles

uninstallation: just click on the uninstaller

Combiner instruction:
-Do everything above and install Company of Heroes: Eastern Front from steam (https://store.steampowered.com/app/317600/Company_of_Heroes_Eastern_Front/)
The standard version or the beta version work.
- Make sure both NHCmod and Eastern Front works separately.
- Run the "Combiner beta" shortcut on your desktop or the "Combiner_beta.bat" in your company of heroes folder to start the combiner.

If you have the error message "Game is not being run as a known company of heroes product. try again by launching from steam" :
It may be because you have an antivirus that prevent the bat files to run the command "RelicCOH.exe -mod NHCToV -dev".
To go around that, make sure the mod was installed in the right folder, on the launching options from steam,
In library > on the left menu of your game list, right-click on company of heroes > property > general > define launching option you can add the command
-mod NHCToV -dev
or
-mod Combiner_Beta -dev for the combiner
This would run the mod. You would have to remove that command for running other mods.

If the game crashes with a report to Relic before getting to the main menu. It means that there is a conflict with another mod.
The easiest way to solve it is to delete the other mods. The other is to find the .ucs in the folders:
CoH\Locale\English
CoH\Engine\Locale\English
RelicOnline\Locale\English
that is not made by Relic (i.e. by the bad mod) and move it apart.

- Rewritten to work with Company of Heroes : Eastern Front steam version 2.4.0.8, 2.4.2.1 and beta version 2.500
- Updated all Joint Ops maps to work with soviet and Ostheer except "War Prisonner"
- [NHC] Zombie survival map is playable by Ostheer and Soviet.
- Added a radio to Soviet, it provides upgrades and new units: Boris, IS-3, IS-3 Ace, Shock Guards, Shtrafnyie Troops, Supply Truck
- If the IS-3 Ace die, save the crew and put them in a IS-3 to turn it into a new IS-3 Ace.
- Shock Guards are unlocked have the Red Tide upgrade is researched. They are equipped with PPS-43 by default and can be upgraded with a SVT-sniper rifle, DP-28 and anti-tank PTRD-41 rifles.
- Shtrafnyie Troops cannot retreat and have a commissar to ensure they fight till the end. They have no possible upgrade but can pickup weapons and are cheap and fast to replace.
- Added a radio to Ostheer, it provides upgrades and new units: Hans, Tiger Ace, Tiger, Sturmpanzer IV, Panther Commander, Elefant, Supply Truck
- Sturmpanzer IV is similar to the Sturmpanzer IV of Panzer Elite but with weaker armour and without the incendiary ammunition.
- If the Tiger Ace die, save the crew and put them in a Tiger from the radio to turn it into a new Tiger Ace.
- Ostheer can be played on the Allies side (but has the command tree of EF standard vesion, not beta)
- Soviet can be played on the Axis side (but has the command tree of EF standard vesion, not beta)
- Quick Start mode works for regular steam and beta version 2.4.0.8, 2.4.2.1 of Eastern Front
- Early War mode works for regular steam and beta version 2.4.0.8, 2.4.2.1 of Eastern Front
- Infantry only mode is buggy and have Ostheer and Soviet overpowered.
- No art or rgd files of Ostheer has been touched so that they always follow EF updates.

- Ace crew can recrew a regular tank to make new ace tank
- Ju87 weapons do not always miss target anymore. Only obstacles can stop the projectile.
- Whilhelm Deinhard gain +1 range for each veterancy lvl.
- Scout binocular ability range doubled.
- Knight Cross holders can be upgraded with panzerschreck and g43 sniper rifle.
- Whermacht AI research the veterancy upgrades more often
- SAS squad requires the "Request paradrop" upgrade in all modes
