Original Description/Intro:
It is 1642, and the English Civil War has just begun. This left the English colonies to fend for themselves, and promted the New England Colonies to initiate a landmark event; the New England Confederation. While not widely sucessful, this confederation would foreshadow what was to come over 100 years later in the American Revolution. Simply put, the Confederation was a league for the common defense of New England during the absense of English protection. New England is, however, not alone in the New World. They are accompanied by, sometimes, hostile neighbors, so must choose their strategy wisely.
