Load.lvl builder by Phobos of [FC] Freelancer Consortium
Another useful creation of Phobos that jealous poser trolls are trying to discredit him for, this allows you to change load screen background and other settings.
Tool for build stock load.lvl:
If anyone finds a way to munge load.config source file then a lot more customization will be possible. For now mostly TGA can be edited. I do not know why the load.lvl munges bigger than stock but it seems to work fine.

1pm Update 6-9-20: In May 2012 Phobos created the first Load.lvl builder and released it publicly for SWBF modders. Replaced the original 2012 version with my Load Builder v2 from 2014, which has FX munger and hex edit instructions for munged load config. This is now updated for 2020 with the latest settings. Included are source TGA for the 2016 version with TWD load textures. This will be updated again for TWD ZeroFront v0.99
Also included is custom load.lvl with nebula background. Add this to your _LVL_PC\LOAD folder, and remove all other LVL files from that folder for faster map changes. I also edited the .FX file to reduce map change time even further
