RE3SHDP provides an optional pack which replaces the original interlaced 320x160 FMVs to a new WHOPPING resolution of 640x320. Click on Read more for instructions.
FMV packs
Just move the "User" folder from the FMV pack to where you installed the main pack (Where Dolphin.exe is located). That should replace the existing User folder, but it really just adds the FMV textures.
