loll guys i have downloaded sandbox v1.01 and when i loaded it it crashed !!!!

The big question before downloading it:
If it says 'a sandbox mod', doesn't that means replacing the file? or just another mod? (seriously guys, if its a sandbox mod then why the hell its bigger than sandbox???)
