The full collection of modified UPK, INI, and localization files needed to make Eternal Penance work.
UPDATE 11/29/23: Sped up the Uzi's slow fire rate, altered its firing stats to be more like the 417, and decreased its ammo pickup rate.
Everything has been organized into folders to make installation easy. A README file is included to help explain how to install or uninstall the mod as well, just in case it gets complicated. Credits and special thanks are included as well.
Difficulties have been adjusted to reflect the new game balance. The game is both easier and harder as a result of the tweaks. For example, the "Free Bird" helicopter chase in Chapter 6 is now much easier to survive on FUBAR difficulty, even with the enemies remaining ruthless killing machines who can cut you down fast! Level names, chapter descriptions, and loading screen messages have also been modified.

Giving the mod a try so far, I reinstalled just to play it
Loving it so far, really liking the changes to the weapons/NPC loadouts/etc
Something weird about Adams having a TAR-21 but I'm guessing that's because in betas or pre-release versions he actually had one
The adjusted difficulty is neat so far too
