Place the E-biker.exe and ETXBResChanger.exe files in the game directory.
By default, the game file is modified to run at 1920x1080 resolution. Use the ETXBResChanger if you'd like to set another one or change field of view. Set any resolution in the game configuration window to apply your one.

Side effect:
The higher field of view = the higher risk of occurring graphical glitches (such as popping textures).
