Description
CSS SCI FI is a single-player mod for Half-Life 2. Using the latest version of SMOD, which is included, the mod puts the player through 27 intense combat missions set in Counter-Strike: Source environments. Each map contains a unique scripted scenario which is enhanced by random scripting so that the game is never the same twice. Players will fight everything from Striders to slave Vortigaunts, plus a range of Combine enemies armed with many new weapons. This mod requires full installations of Half-Life 2 and Counter-Strike: Source.
Key features:
- Includes the SMOD Configuration Utility, a dialogue based program which sets all SMOD options including everything from health regeneration to tracer bullets.
- Includes 12 user-made maps, such as the popular DE_Nightfever and CS_Beirut_HDR. Custom maps are installed to the cstrike/maps folder so they can be played in Counter-Strike: Source or SMOD with no moving of files.
- Includes SMOD 39D2. No need for additional downloads.
- Contains a total of 27 hand scripted missions for over 8 hours of single player combat.

one of my favorite mods (or mods of mods for that matter), it works really well with weapon add on's and new SMOd patches can be directly patched over which is over

No. As it says above, SMOD is included. All you need is the download above and you are ready to go.

No, you can't. You can't just add new NPCs unless you code them in.

I know this has been mentioned in other comments for this mod, but for me de_nuke and cs_militia won't load. I can run them just fine in css, but they don't work in css sci-fi. Help?
