Mod files rescued from DSquared's Zandanian League backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also there was no Title.gif so Blake added one for fun.

Original Description/Intro:
Since its discovery by Columbus in 1492, the Spanish have ruled The New
World. However, more and more English explorers, later followed by warships
visit America. Now, almost 200 years after The Great Explorer who more or less
accidentally discovered the Carribean, this territory has been divided under
Europe's biggest powers. England, France and Holland have all claimed their
part and Spain, weakened by a continuous war with its arch-enemy Portugal has
to watch its colonies go. Will Spain revive and gain control over the carribean
again or is England going to be the new ruler? Anyway, for the natives its just
a matter of time.
