9th Company Roots of Terror official Parameter editing tool file

The official Parameter editing tool allowing you to edit the stats of guns, vehicles and characters.

Put the tool and all it's included files into your DATA Folder in the 9th Company install folder.

The tool is in Russian but this steam guide has images of the translated text. (And you could always use snipping tool and google translate.)
