Not a full version, just a patch of the previous release. -Inca's expansion after 1470 is nerfed again, since the expansion was still too fast -All of the native american nations will get 700 size colonies now instead of 500, to decrease the chance to get bankrupt -Less (0.5-0.75) chance for heir dying events. -Changed technology group values to improve a bit the non-european territories
