required:
2+ Years of Experience in Mudbox, Zbrush or other Character software.
Decent Experience within Texturing
Able to show previous work (portfolio, media at ModDB etc.)
Pluses:
Decent Experience within UVMapping
1+ Years of Experience in Character Animation
