Pantheon Development is a small group of talented programmers and artists working on Half-Life 2's Source Engine. Pantheon is currently working on a Half-Life 2 Total Conversion mod called Operation City 21, in which the player takes on the guise of Adrian Shephard, a soldier abandoned to fight for his life during the Black Mesa Incident. 20 years later, Shephard is still alive and fighting for humanity after being brought back to Earth by some unknown power. The Resistance needs a leader. Adrian is that leader.
