Lead Programmer Role:
○ Finalizing and compiling all necessary files (.cpp, .h)
○ Managing a small team
○ Liaising with other lead developers
○ Code editing/production
○ Code Quality Checking and Debugging
○ Answering forum posts etc.
You must be able to show proof of prior work. C++ skills are essential, experience with the Source Engine is preferable.
