Rebalance 3.56 Rc3 engines file

These are not needed, only uploaded for testing.

Engines from Rc3 to fix Rc4 Singleplayer problems.
This is the most likly source of speed changes and problems caused with timing.
this is not a direct fix for the problem as speeds should be adjustable
but untill a more permanent fix is found this file can be used.
