From now on, the translation group Genies of the Zone (translators of projects Last Day, MLR, Dead Air and Oblivion Lost Remake) will be managed by pukekiller, a trusted member of the team. Translating is a very demanding craft of the user that also includes maintaining contact and relations with the other half of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. community in the East, and I no longer feel that it is my place to take care of it.
My message to the reader is to cherish what you have in this community. My team and I have worked hard to bring you some of what our Eastern comrades have made; one side of the coin that makes up the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. fanbase, if you will. We don’t really have as many creations compared to them, but as an answer, we’ve come out with several high-quality projects in the past few years, and the two sides of the community heavily compliment each other.

P.S. I urge all mod authors to keep all in-game text inside the configs\text\eng folder (for scripts, using the function game.translate_string is necessary for this), and NOT inside scripts or any other files scattered in the configs directory without a convincing reason.
