Categorized like colors into their own folder.

Removed color name extensions every texture uses it normal name.

IF YOUR USING THE ANIMATED SIGNS

DO NOT USE any TXI files with the METAL SIGNAGE...TXI files are TEXT Files in the override folder with the same name just delete them.
