Hey nice! Do you plan to do more War Thunder models? I am a War Thunder main myself so I am interested.
that's pretty hard to fix UV problem manually for so many parts of a single vehicle,so i won't take vehicles from WT.but i could do more little parts like these missiles or bombs
So, can you export GunPods too? I am interested in several...
sry,that's hard to get gunpods and rocketpods from vehicle, they are not independent model but bundle of vehicle model : (
but u can have a try and look down,i have shown my steps to Anthony817
If its doesnt a separate model. How about you separate them. Just delete the plane and stay with just rocket pod model?
If you won't do full vehicles, what about ripping and setting up cockpits for planes? We have some planes that need cockpits in our historical mods.
i cant sure i have enough time in furure to help u
but i can tell u how to get these model:
1:install warthunder CDK to warthunder main directory
2:use ninjaripper run WarThunderAssetviewer and export *.dds needed for ur cockpit from WarThunderAssetviewer
3:choose the model u want and click view,press space bar
4:press ur rip key to rip model
5:import models to 3dsmax in manually,set u8 v9(this is to get right UV map but still have trouble in its huuuuuuge size
6:scaling model ratio and give it texture(it will seems strange but caused by wrong UV size
7:drag texture UV to right position and right size ,save it
congratulation,it's ready for using now
