Cloud 9 v0.137 (Arcade Cloud 9 Textures) addon

This pack replaces Cloud 9's background with that of the Arcade Textures.

Textures ripped from the Demo build of Playstaion 2 in which still contains the Arcade Cloud 9.

Note that dolphin emulator is required to use this pack.
