This is how to install the mod using the current Installer (Which Is In Dutch).

This Is How To Install The Mod (Steps):

Step 1: Click Volgende

Step 2: Choose GTA IV Location

Step 2a: Click Bladeren... to browse for GTA IV install location

Step 2b: Once you have located GTA IV Click Selecteer folder (GTAIV/Grand Theft Auto IV)

Step 2c: Click Volgende

Step 3: Click Installeren

Step 3a: Allow Admin Privileges
Step 4: Please Wait While The Mod Installs

Step 5: Choose "het leesmij bestand openen" to open readme file or not

Step 5a: Click Voltooien to finish the installation

Great job, had this mod years ago. Installed it on new GTA IV version, which was re-released today, and mod doesn't work at all. Is there any solution?

The mod will only work on GTA IV 1.0.7.0, the only way t get to that version is when using a non-steam version. If you have a Disc install then just install and patch to 1.0.7.0. I'm not sure about any other versions that you can patch to 1.0.7.0.
