A deep look at the role of the cinematics in Gods Will Be Watching.

Posted by on

We love games with deep stories. Not only an excuse to fit the game mechanics in, but a compelling background that reinforces the theme and expands the players experience beyond fun. The best way to enjoy the dramatic decisions and feel the pressure is when you really care about the game's world and characters.

Every scenario we'll be linked with the next one with a cinematic, expanding the plot and letting you know more about Sgt Burden, his friends and his foes. The content of the cinematics will vary depending on your rate of success.

Some cinematics will be interactive. Like in this sunset scene on Sineicos, you'll actually be able to play fetch with Marvin. The way you interact with this cinematics also will let you know different things about the game world.

We'll add extra unlockable cinematics, some sort of short pixel animated films in which you'll be able to take a deeper look on Gods Will Be Watching's universe. For expanding the fun, you'll need to improve your ratings in every puzzle to unlock every extra scene!
