So your starting the game content from scratch?
I guess they just reset the characters, places, items, containers, etc.
Exactly. Many of the new features require "the wipe" process in order to work. This is common for the game since the start of the development, only this time there are no pauses between testing sessions (wipes), which were anything between several months and a year.
