pc.IGN.com have written a 4 page review on Half-Life² in the anticipation of more upcoming reviews and the 'Going gold' announcement. They have called it Everything we know, Everything you need to know. Here's a little snippet:
pc.IGN.Com wrote: We do know that Gordon starts off as an arrival in the City 17 train station, only to be greeted by Combine Soldiers holding stun batons and a bad attitude. In this level, shown at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo, Gordon finds himself in a very strange situation. The Combine guards are not exactly friendly, using terse words and violence whenever a guy steps out of line. Some arrivals are being shuffled into what look like interrogation rooms, and when Gordon steps out into the city center, he's greeted by flying cameras and several areas that are locked behind energy barriers. It sets up the mystery quite well.
It's quite a good read, so go take a gander at it over at pc.IGN.Com
