Euromaidan could not be implemented without the Orange Revolution first... now that it is in place there is precedence for Ukraine's civil war.

Why do you call russian invasion of civil war? I live in occupied by russan's forces Makeevka(It's near Donetsk). There is no civil war, there is annexation of Crimea and invading and destabilization east of my country. The occupiers cut plants for metal and take away the factory machines to russia.

I think the documentary you chose was very one sided. I suggest you use this documentary and another one with the oppositions point of view and sort of mesh them together. The issue is very complex.

Do you have a link to such an opposing side's video? I'd love to see how things looked from the other side...

This was the best documentary I found in English for you. It took place during the 2010 election where Viktor Yanukovych was elected.

Will Orange Revolution be dynamic? I.e. different outcomes that influence future events?

Well, creating a fully non-linear, complex and at the same time plausible grand strategy game would require PC's with 20x more processing power than we currently have but... EU4 and CK2 did manage to pull it off reasonably well, at least to the degree current hardware permits.

The revolution will be pretty linear but you will have a choice between keeping it in house or asking for help from your bigger neighbor...

Originally I considered triggering a civil war in Ukraine during the Orange revolution but with the current war going on that civil war will have to wait until 2014...
