Why I do like jetpack mounted rockets (which are not listed) I would have to go with the thermal det, now tha has been around forever (since orig tilogy and KOTOR to be exact)
Who would want anything else then the DC-17? I mean seriously?
you can incinerate everything in a romm with a thermal det, and most of the building around it. Their true potential is rarely shown in the games for balance purpose.
I'll take the DC-15 and 4 thermal detonators... and possibly some antimatter charges :P
