Bugs
Fixed a bug that caused the Boss Health Meters on the HUD to disappear while on Steroids.
Fixed a bug that caused the Special Lizboss Weapon not to make the correct firing sounds when the Meat Grinder was your primary weapon.
Fixed a bug that would allow you to keep the SBC Cannon on respawn if killed on E5L3.
Fixed a bug that would keep bullet based Special Weapon projectiles from producing impact effects as they should when the Sharpnel Storm was your primary weapon.
Fixed a bug that caused the Pigcop to not shoot smoke grenades properly when in range to do so.
Fixed a bug that kept the Battlelord Sentries from shrinking properly.
Fixed a bug that kept the Overlord Sentries from shrinking properly.
Fixed a bug that had the Eggs make the growing sound effect repediately after they had been shrunk even though they never grow back to their original size.
Fixed a bug that caused the DC Boss to fly into the air when killed if he was not over the center platform in the room and caused the map not to end properly.
Fixed a bug that caused the wall mounted phones in the DC Episode to not use the wall alligned flag.

Frame Rate Optimizations
Rescripted how nuclear explosions create extra secondary explosions to reduce frame rate issues.
Lowered the chance for explosions to create debris to reduce frame rate issues.
Rescripted how floor dust is created by player weapons and jetpack usage to reduce frame rate issues.
Rescripted how water droplets are created by water spouts from fire hydrants or toilets to reduce frame rate issues.
Rescripted how liquid droplets are created by broken bottles to add color variants and to reduce frame rate issues.
Rescripted how artillery shells are created during artillery strikes to reduce frame rate issues.
Rescripted how poisonous gas fumes are created from the American Pig's poisonous gas grenades to reduce frame rate issues.
Rescripted how smoke fumes are created from Pigcop smoke grenades to reduce frame rate issues.
Increased the cachesize to accomodate the increase in upscaled textures and HQ sounds.

Player
Added VO lines for Duke when he kills enemies while driving vehicles that sounds like he's talking through a headset.
Added VO lines for Duke when he stomps on shrunken enemies.
Added VO lines for Duke when he performs a Death Kick on suffering Liztroops and Liztroop Captains.

Weapons
Increased damage output for the Minigun Special Weapon.
Secondary explosions created by nuclear explosions are now emmitted in a spherical pattern and have had an increase in blast radius and damage output.
The Alien Brain Weapon can now freeze time for 10 seconds using the FIRE MODE 2 Button destroying it in the process.
Reduced bounce count for Syphon Chamber Black Hole projectile.
Added a punchier firing sound effect for the Inhuman Devastator's Fire Mode 1.
Special Weapons other than Mighty Duke can now be dropped by changing weapons with Weapon Buttons or the Mouse Wheel.
You can no longer switch weapons while using turrets, using vehicles, using steroids, or shrunk.
Desert Eagle Explosive Shot secondary attack no longer has a cool down period.
Increased the Terminator Secret Weapon's AR-15 damage output.
The Overlord and Gorilla Captain Special Weapons now start with 100 rounds of ammo instead of 150.
Battlelord Special Weapons now require 20 rounds of ammo to fire Mortar projectiles.
Pigboss Special Weapons now require 20 rounds of ammo to fire Mortar projectiles.

Enemies
Added a new death animation for Liz Troops that launch them into the sky from a malfunctioned jetpack where they explode after a few seconds or when they hit a ceiling.
Reduced the Grayman's health by 50%, don't worry he's still tough.
Smoke emitted from Pigcop smoke grenades is now less transparent.
The chance for a Pigcop to get swapped out with a Heavy Pigcop has been reduced.
The chance for a Lizardman to get swapped out with a Rocket Lizardman has been reduced.
Enemy Portals now have a lower chance of spawning Newbeast Drones.
The DC Boss is an oversized Gray Man piloting a huge crab-like robot that has lots of health and speed, fires a barrage of laser projectiles rapidly, randomly fires an RPG, and can rip you to shreds with its giant claws.
Increased the chance of Toxic Alien Tentacles being spawned in toxic slime pools.
The Mega Brain Sub-Boss's Big Shocker projectile now moves up and down to your position if you are above or below it.
When frozen, Overlord Sentinels now shatter when falling from high places and impacting the floor.
Battlelord Sentinels, Overlord Sentinels, and Gorilla Captains no longer spawn in maps underwater.
Reduced the chance that Pigboss sub-bosses will be spawned.
Megabrain sub-bosses now immediately explode when killed by explosive weapons.

Items
You will no longer be respawned by Steroids if you are killed underwater or are currently using a turret or vehicle.
You no longer revive from death with Steroids with the Desert Eagle selected as your primary weapon.
Reduced the chance that Special Weapons wil be dropped from enemies when killed according to their overall weapon power.
Sometimes rocket launcher packs taken from dead Overlord sub-bosses are broken and of no use.
The Death Drone now has a slight up and down bobbing effect as it idles and moves around.
The Death Drone randomly emits puffs of smoke.

Maps
Usermaps will have extra enemies added to them automatically.
On map start living male civilians can be found randomly running around in panic and will vary in appearance depending on what episode and level you are on.
Added lots of destructible map objects.
Added a broken tank to E3L11.
Added a broken tank to E4L2.
Added broken vehicle decorations to E5L5 map.
Added a Dual 50 Cal Turret to E1L1.
Added a Dual 50 Cal Turret to E2L7.
Added a Dual 50 Cal Turret to E3L4.
Added a Dual 50 Cal Turret to E3L8.
The secret wall compartment at the beginning of E3L10 is now considered a secret area.
Added a Heavy Tank to E3L11.
Adjusted E3L11 to accomodate the Heavy Tank.

Expanded E4L2 to accomodate Heavy Tank.
Cannons on E4L4 can now be used.

Misc
Added extra explosion effects to explosions to make them look more dramatic and full.
Added some streaming blood effects to chunks of flying meat that spawn from damaged or gibbed enemies.
Removed Third Person View Mode.
Updated the side bar art for the Eduke32 launcher to reflect that you are playing DN3D-SOB.
Electrical blue effects that spawn from electronic bulletholes or broken eletronic/light textures spawn at different angles to randomize their appearance.
Bulletholes on metal surfaces sometimes have a glow effect around them that lasts for a few seconds before fading away.
Weapon bobbing and swaying no longer occurs when on or under water.
Shrunken Babes now make a growing sound effect when they grow back to their normal size.
The number of Saved Babes is now displayed on the end of map stats screen.
Added some smoke effects to fire being put out by the Death Chem's freeze damage.
When putting out fires created by map sectors with the Death Chem freeze projectiles their fire sound effects are also removed.
Blood splats now appear on sloped surfaces.
Increased chance for ceiling blood to appear.
Liquid splats from bottles or broken fire hydrants no longer show up on sloped surfaces.
Added some transparency to dead bodies when they are frozen.
Updated HQ sounds with latest HQ sound pack.
Increased the size of the animated flames overlay on the title screen.
Added a burning embers effects overlay to the title and main menu screens.
Added a new version of the Main Title song Grabbag.
Upscaled the sliders icon for the Sound Setup menu.
Helicopter map decorations spawn dust effects on the ground when they are idle.
Grass blade sprites are randomly generated on floors using a grass texture.
